[ Important ]  For USA customers who ordered by Japan Post Standard Shipping from 22 MAR to 3 APR

On April 23, Japan Post announced that it will officially stop accepting international mail (airmail) to the United States after April 24.

<Japan Post Announcement (in Japanese)>

Then they made the following announcement regarding the packs now stuck in Tokyo.

“The packs Japan post already accepted and now stuck in Tokyo will be shipped by less airmail little by little. For example, in EMS mail, it is expected to take up to four months to arrive”

“If you want to take the pack back, please ask to Japan post and pay the return cost. And we can’t say when we can return the pack to you for now.”

(This means they don’t return the packs to us voluntarily, even if it takes several months to deliver.)

We have already stopped using Japan Post since April 5th, but there are cases that some packages still stuck in Tokyo. These are the orders placed from 22 MAR – 3 APR.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.

We will contact the customers individually. we will ask you if you want to cancel or resend by DHL or wait until it arrives. Please wait for our contact.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding of this difficult situation.

[ Important ] For USA customers who order from 22 MAR to 3 APR by standard Shipping at our store

The spread of the coronavirus is having a major impact on Japan Post’s deliveries.

Now Japan Post is still accepting deliveries to the U.S. as being possible, but there have been very significant delays, or deliveries to some areas have stopped completely.

This is very unconvincing, but Japan Post has not officially announced this serious matter.

We noticed this and stopped shipping by Japan Post from 5 APR, but some of the packages we shipped during that period (22 MAR – 3 APR ) are still undeliverable.

After our own research, it seems that they probably don’t deliver to the “Southern States and some Eastern States” yet.

Other areas have been delayed, but their arrival has been confirmed.

If you live in one of the above areas (Southern States and some Eastern States), and order within this time period (22 MAR – 3 APR ) with standard shipping, it may take long long days to arrive, sorry.

However, since they are still officially “deliverable”, we believe that in the end, the package will be delivered after long delay.

Also, the procedure for our store to get the package back from them is currently impractical and we have no choice but to wait for them to take the package on very few air flights.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We appreciate your understanding of this very difficult situation.
