About Combined Purchase ?

When you buy multiple items, you need to pay only the most expensive shipping cost.
***You need to pay for all items at once. If you make payment separately, we can’t combine them.

For example,

when you buy these 3 items.

item 1 : price $5.00 + ship cost $14.00
item 2: price $5.00 + ship cost $8.00
item 3: price $5.00 + ship cost $10.00.

If you pay for all of them at once, you only need to pay the most expensive ship cost of item 1 $14.00.

Total cost is $5.00 + $5.00 + $5.00 + ship $14.00 = $29.00

How much the Ship Cost to my Country ?

Shipping Cost will vary depending on each product. Pleasee add the item to cart, you can see the ship cost there.

What shipping methods available ??

Basically 3 kinds of shipping methods available on our store.

Standard Shipping

“ePacket (Registered AIR) w/Tracking” by Japan post. (Signature Required)
it takes 7-21 days , and if postal busy or gift season it may take more.

Express Shipping

“EMS w/Tracking ” by Japan post. (Signature Required)
it takes 4-7 days , and if postal busy or gift season it may take more.

“DHL Express w/Tracking ” by DHL. (Signature Required)
it takes 3-5 days. Usually the most fast method.

Economy Shipping

“Registered SAL w/Tracking ” by Japan post. (Signature Required)
(This is not available in all countries, Please understand.  )

“ePacket Light w/Tracking” by Japan post. (No Signature )
**We use this method Only in the case we can’t ship above Registered SAL by any reasons.

it takes 4-8 weeks , and we can’t promise the due date of delivery. We can’t accept any claim about the delay in this Economy Shipping. And the tracking is not reflected in real time. If you need to track the pack, please chose the standard shipping or Express shipping.

*These are transported by Japan post in Japanese area and it will be delivered by your country’s domestic postal service after the pack arrived in your country.

How long it takes to my Country?

Please refer the below in each shipping method, but it depends on your country’s postal service. Sometimes it takes longer if an unexpected delay happens in postal or custom procedure. These are just a standard, Please understand. Especially during holiday seasons, it may take longer to deliver.

it takes 4-8 weeks from the pack dispatched from us, and we can’t promise the date of delivery. We can’t accept any claim about the delay in this Economy Shipping. The tracking is not reflected in real time. If you need to track the package, please choose standard shipping.

Do you ship to my country?

We can ship our items to almost all the world. When you can enter your address and the error happens, please ask to us.

How long it takes until you ship my order ?

We usually ship orders within 2 business days. Sometimes it may takes 3-4days by our Day off ,Busy or Holiday.  We don’t ship the orders on p.m. Friday – Saturday ( in Japan Time ). Please understand.

*Japanese DHL is not working on Saturday and Sunday. If you place the order on between p.m. Thursday and Sunday, it may be shipped on Monday, Please understand.

My Pack seems to be returned by the reason of “Unclaimed”.

If your pack returned to us by the reason of “Unclaimed”, we will refund only the item price. We don’t refund the initial ship cost. Please understand.

Rarely postman in your local area may forget to leave the notice when you are absent, However even if you don’t receive any notice from Postal service and the pack returned to us, we will refund only item price (not including initial ship cost) in the case the tracking showing “Notice Left”.

Our all shipping method have the tracking No. so please keep checking the tracking often in postal website, please cooperate with us.

To Canadian Customers..

Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver by standard shipping but sometimes Canada post causes big delay randomly.

In our experience they need 4-6 weeks to deliver in that case. So we are afraid we can’t promise to deliver within 3-4 weeks to Canada.

Canada post doesn’t have the international tracking system, so we can’t track it after the pack dispatched from Japan.Please understand.

However, when you ask to Canada Post with original international tracking No., they will tell you the domestic  Tracking No. Please directly ask to anada Post at first by yourself. It makes the things better in our experience.( But it seems not always, sometimes they answer, sometimes they refuse it )

If you in hurry, We strongly recommend you to chose “EMS ship” Please consider.

In the case you chose standard ship, we can accept the inquiry about shipping delay only when it doesn’t arrive after 4 weeks since dispatched. And we have ever offered many many investigations to Canada post, however we have never got the reply quickly, it usually takes 1-3 months to get the result or completely no reply. We have already given up and stopped selling items to Canada on our eBay store in 2017, because of the unstable shipping. Please kindly understand our situation.

And please understand this delay is not always, usually it arrive 2-3 weeks…for example we shipped 2 packs at the same day ,either arrived in 7 days , another arrived in 4weeks, it seems the delay happens at randomly in our experience. Please understand.

*The tracking stopped in below situation and not proceed , your country’s postal may not have the international tracking system. We can’t provide tracking  in this case. Please understand.

This status doesn’t mean “the pack stopped in Japanese Postal Service”.  it means “the pack has already dispatched from Japan.”

Tracking Doesn’t Show Anything ( or doesn’t proceed )

1.Sometimes tracking doesn’t show any result or pending in such as below status.

This status means the tracking No. has not reflected yet. Please wait for 24 hours (or at maximum 48 hours). There are usually time-lag between the time we inform the tracking No. to you and the time Postal Service saves the tracking No. on their system.

If it still not proceed after 48hours have passed, please contact us.

2. Tracking Stopped in Tokyo

The tracking stopped in below situation and not proceed , your country’s postal may not have the international tracking system. We can’t provide tracking  in this case. Please understand.

**Especially we receive many inquiries about Canada Post and Australian Post ( Standard Ship) . They don’t have the international tracking system. Please understand.

This status doesn’t mean “the pack stopped in Japanese Postal Service”.  it means “the pack has already dispatched from Japan.”

Tracking Stopped in “My Country’s Custom”, When it will be Arrive at my Hands ?

In the case your tracking stopped “In Custom”, it means your country’s custom checking your pack now. They working by your country’s law. We can’t do anything about this case. We and you just only have to wait until they finish their work.

Even if we or you ask to them or offer the investigation via postal service, it will make no sence. “Custom Precedure” is not affected by these things. Please understand.

We don’t know how long their work takes because it depends on the situation of your country’s custom or season. In our experience it’s several days – usually a week. However we have some cases it took long days, for example 2weeks-4weeks.

This thing can’t be helped in international shipping, please understand before you have placed order.

 

When My Order including Pre-Order Item will be shipped out ?

In the case you have placed order of “Pre-Order” and “Regular Item” together,  it will be shipped after Pre-Order item released. Not shipped until the release date.

If you want to get regular items soon, please make payment separately.

To Australian Customers: About GST since JUL 2018

In the case Australian customers buy the product from other countries, GST (a 10% tax on the retail price) is charged on all international items shipped into Australia since JUL 2018.

Previously, GST was only required to be paid on international items shipped to Australia that cost over AUD$1000. New legislation means that GST will now be charged on items costing less than AUD$1000 too. This change has done on 1 July 2018.

Big Companies such as ebay need to collect GST when the customer buy the items in their website and pay GST to Australian Governmant. We don’t have the obligation to do it but you need to pay GST when you receive the pack.

This is not our income or mistake, Please understand and refer below page by Aus Government.

Is it possible to ship to Japanese Address ??

Because JYW site is made only for international purchase, JYW site doesn’t have the legal contents for Japanese domestic purchase. We can’t accept the order of Japanese customers. Only when you make purchase by foreign billing address, we can accept order.

You need to make purchase by foreign billing address and shipping address. And please tell us the Japanese address we actually ship your order.

>Where I write Japanese Address to inform it to JYW??

Please write the Japanese address on the “Order Notes” form. It’s on below “Shipping address”.

>Which shipping method I should choose when make purchase??

Please choose “Standard ship”. Because in Japan all method take 2 days to all regions. Not big difference in delivery date.

>How much it costs to Japanese Address ?

In the case of small product, maybe $3-6 to all domestic address. (Trackable) . We will refund the excess cost when we ship out. Please make payment at full cost temporarily.

However if it’s big box, it cost $10-$20. In this case maybe no refund in shipping cost.

Please combine the items I bought on eBay and JYW Store ?

Unfortunately we can’t combine the items on JYW Store and the items on eBay in any case. It makes our procedure complicated and it may cause our mistake or troubles. Our shipping procedure ( stuff, shipping management tool etc) is different in eBay and JYW store. So it is difficult for us. Please kindly understand our situation.

However, If you ask to us via “JYW Contact form” ( NOT via eBay form) BEFORE you making purchase on eBay, we can “move” eBay items to JYW store. This is the only way we can accpet.

**We can’t move the items of “Auction format” on eBay in any case. These are usually “No profit (minus profit ) items to promote our store to eBay users. So we can’t spend more time and effort from the view point of keeping our business.
